Good morning.
Despite the hard work of our Dispatch team, they were unable to fill a vacant captain position on the Salish, currently assigned to the Port Townsend/Coupeville route, until a few minutes
ago. A captain is on the way and we will restore service as soon as (s)he arrives. We understand the significance of even temporarily suspending service on a route and work hard not
to do so. We appreciate passengers’ patience while crewing challenges continue.
