RESOLUTION NO. 10086
ORDER
ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AGENCY FUND FOR THE
HOOD CANAL COORDINATING COUNCIL
Revision to Resolution No. 7-86 Order Establishing on Agency
Fund for the Hood Canal Coordinating Council.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
established an Agency Fund for the purpose of accepting and
distributing funds on behalf of the Hood Canal Coordinating
Council, and;
WHEREAS, the amount budgeted ($10,000) equalled the amount
authorized for transfer, however, was less than the granted
amount of $29,500;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the budget Agency Fund be
established at the granted amount of $29,500.

RESOLUTION NO. 7-86
ORDER
ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AGENCY FUND FOR THE
HOOD CANAL COORDINATING COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson
County Washington, did enter into an Interagency Agreement with
Kitsap County, Mason County, the Skokomish Tribe, the Port Gamble
Klallam Tribe and the Washington State Ecological Commission to
establish the Hood Canal Coordinating Council, pursuant to provisions
of the Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1967, Chapter 39.34 RCW, and;
WHEREAS, an Agency Fund needs to be established for said
Council in order for said Council to carry out it's delegated
authorities and purposes as set forth in the Interagency Agreement
dated November 25, 1985;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that an Agency Fund for the Hood Canal Coordinating
Council be established to account for pass through resources from the
Washington State Department of Ecology 205j Grant Agreement
(#G0086057) dated 1/2/86.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Treasurer
is hereby authorized to establish said Agency Fund and she is
directed to transfer the amount of $10,000.00 from the unencumbered
cash of the Jefferson County Current Expense Fund to said Agency
Fund; and the $10,000 advance shall be transferred back into the
Current Expense Fund at the conclusion of the grant period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor be, and she
is hereby empowered to draw warrants against the above Agency Fund
and to apply for reimbursement of monies, as expended, from the
Washington State Department of Ecology grant noted above.
