RESOLUTION NO. 101-86
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
CURRENT EXPENSE NON-DEPARTMENTAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 8th day of December, 1986, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $15,744.75 for the Current Expense Non-Depart-
mental Fund and set a hearing on said emergency for the 22nd day of
December, 1986, at the hour of 10:00a.m., and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
an no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that due to there being sufficient funds in the unen-
cumbered fund. balance of the Current Expense Fund, that the Jefferson
County Auditor be and she is hereby authorized to include the sum of
$15,744.75 in the Non-Departmental Fund as follows:
Domestic Violence $l,800.00
Juvenile Diversion 2,449.99
Community Action Council 9,345.75
Drug Abuse l50.00

Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that the bud~ed ~~unt,n ~RS Account Number ~~~~,~ð

necessary expenses of t is d:þartment for this year. After a careful
examination of the expenditures under this fund in previous years, and a
thorough examination of the present needs of this department under the
current year, I estimate that it will be necessary to have an additional
,appropriation in the form of an emergency appropriation in the approxi-
