BUDGET TRANSFER
TO CORRECTION CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND
FROM THE CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION FUND
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Auditor has requested a budget
transfer in the amount of $22,498.24 from the Construction and Renovation
Fund No. 301, to Correction Center Construction Fund No. 303; and
WHEREAS, said transfer will define an audit trail of the monies
reimbursed by the State Department of Corrections for the construction of
the Jefferson County Correctional Facility; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds within the Construction and
Renovation Fund to allow the requested transfer; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Jefferson County Treasurer is hereby
authorized to transfer the sum of $22,498.24 from the Construction and
Renovation Fund No. 301, to Correction Center Construction Fund No. 303.
