RESOLUTION NO. 18-84
REVOLVING FUND EXTENSION
COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Clerk has expressed a need to
increase the amount of her Office Revolving Fund, established June 23,
1975, by Resolution No. 30-75, from the amount of $50.00 to the sum of
$150.00 to cover costs incurred by increased Jury expenses; and
WHEREAS, the necessary extension to the said Revolving Fund was
not included in the Clerk's Budget for calendar year 1984; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists which could not
have been reasonably foreseen at the time of adoption of said budget, and
the extension of the Clerk's Revolving Fund by the sum of $100.00 is
necessary in order to conduct the affairs of the office in a prompt and
orderly manner; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $100.00 payable
to the Jefferson County Clerk for the purpose of increasing the Clerk's
Revolving Fund balance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one
to meet needs and this resolution shall be in force and take effect with-
out
