RESOLUTION NO. 51-84
ESTABLISHMENT OF A SAVINGS ACCOUNT FOR
THE QUILCENE COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
Board of Jefferson County Commissioners that in order to conduct
the monetary transactions of the Quilcene Community Center in a
more orderly and precise manner~ and,
WHEREAS, there needs to be provision for the depositing
of fees collected and relaying said fees to the Jefferson County
Treasurer; and,
v-JHEREAS, the establishment of a savings account at the
Peoples Bank for this purpose would facilitate this need; and
mŒREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer endorses the
establishment of said savings account for this purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
procedure be implemented to accomplish same, namely:
A Savings Account be opened by the Quilcene CommunLr:y
Center Board of Directors, with the approval of the Jefferson County
Treasurer, designating the manager of the Community Center as cust-
odian of the account.
ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1984.
