Home My WebLink About027 84 RESOLUTION NO. 27-84 ADOPTING SOLID WASTE FEES WHEREAS, The continued operation of the Solid Waste Divison of the Jefferson County Department of Public Works requires the adoption of fees; AND WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has reviewed the cost of operation of the Solid Waste Division to set the Solid Waste Fees; AND WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has taken public testimony on the establishment of fees; AND WHEREAS ,the Board of County Commissioners finds the 'Solid Waste Fèes as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" to be fair and equitable; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Solid Waste Fees as shown on the attached Exhibit "All are hereby adopted FURTHEH BE IT RESOLVßD that the Public Works Department is hereby authorized start collecting as of April 30, 1984. ;Z 7# day Of~A>t~ 1984.
