RESOLUTION NO. 32-84
BUDGET TRANSFER - PLANNING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Planning and Building Department has re-
quested a budget transfer in order to balance their 1984 Budget
of Expenditures, necessitated by expenses not anticipated at the
time of preparing the said budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in another
category within their budget to allow the requested transfer; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to make the following transfer:

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
140 Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there
being sufficient funds in other accounts within the budget of the
department to permit the necessary adjustment(s), I hereby request
