RESOLUTION NO. 38-84
ESTABLISHMENT OF SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT
REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS~ it has been brought to the attention of the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that in order to conduct the affairs of the Solid Waste Department
in a prompt and orderly manner it appears necessary that a REVOLVING FUND be estab-
lished in the amount of one thousand seven hundred dollars ($1,700.00), and
WHEREAS, a previously existing fund in the amount of nine hundred dollars
($900.00) is inadequate for present needs,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasu~f~s check in the amount of $800.00 to the Jefferson
County Solid Waste Department to increase their Revolving Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subject matter hereof is one to meet needs,
and this resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice or
hearing.
