RESOLUTION NO. 41-84
BUDGET TRANSFER - JUVENILE PROBATION
WHEREAS, the Juvenile Probation Department has requested
a budget transfer in order to balance their 1984 Budget of Expenditures}
necessitated by expenses not anticipated at the time of preparing the
said budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in another
category within their budget to allow the requested transfer; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to make the following transfer:

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
1984 Budget of Expenditures for the above-named department.
Due to there being sufficient funds in other accounts within the
budget of this department to permit the necessary adjustment(s) ,
I hereby request the following transfer(s) :

Reason for Transfer(s) : Actual expenditures to date in 1984 have
exceeded projected expenditures in Travel account. This is due largely
to the number of juveniles on probation/parole or in institutions out-
side the Port Townsend community and requiring supervision and follow-up.
