The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners~ pursuant to
Section 27, Chapter 299, Laws of 1961, as amended by Section 1, Chapter
110, Laws of 1965 ex. sess. and Section 23, Chapter 258, Laws of 1984,
and as may hereafter be further amended finding that the plan proposed by
the Districting Committee of Jefferson County, State of Washington conforms
to the standards set forth in said Chapters and that it is conducive to
the best interests and welfare of the county as a whole, does hereby and
herewith adopt the same, and pursuant thereto does ordain as follows:
1. Jefferson County shall be composed of one District Court district,
the boundaries of which shall be co-extensive with the boundaries of Jefferson
County, State of Washington.
2. One district court judge shall be elected in said district, and it
shall be a one judge district.
3. The location of the central office, courtrooms and records of the
court shall be at the Courthouse, Port Townsend, lvashington.
4. The other place in the district where the court may sit shall be in
the Clearwater Annex, Clearwater, Washington.
5. There shall be no district court commissioners.
6. There shall be only one department of the said district court.
7. The name of the said district shall be, Jefferson County District
Court.

The Jefferson County District Court Districting Committee, established
pursuant to Section 25, of Chapter 299, La~.¡s of 1961 as amended by Section;].,
Chapter 110,<Laws of 1965 ex. sess. and Section 23, Chapter 258, Laws of

1984 and ornl.:iy hereafter be amended and acting pursuant thereto, does hereby
and herewith þy this Resolution adopt the following plan for the districting
of Jefferson County into a District Court district as follows, to-wit:
1. Jefferson County shall be composed of one District Court district,
