RESOLUTION NO. 52-84
ESTABLISHMENT OF A CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR
SOLID WASTE
WHEREAS, in order to conduct the monetary transactions
of Solid Waste in a more orderly and precise manner: and,
WHEREAS, there is a need to provide for the depositing
of fees collected and relaying said fees to the Jefferson County
Treasurer; and,
WHEREAS, the establishment of a checking account at the
Peoples Bank for this purpose would facilitate this need: and,
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer endorses the
establishment of said checking account for this purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following pro-
cedure be implemented to accomplish same, namely;
A "Solid ',Jaste Checking Account" be opened by the Public
Works Department, with the approval of the Jefferson County Treasurer,
designating the County Engineer as custodj,an of the account.
ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1984.
