RESOLUTION NO. 55-84
CANCELLATION OF UNCLAIMED WARRANTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.22.100, registered or interest
bearing county warrants not presented within one year of the date of their
call, and all other county warrants not presented within one year of the
date of their issue shall be cancelled by the legislative authority of the
county;
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has submitted a list of county
warrants that were issued and not presented within the time frame specified
in said RCW; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, the the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners,
that the following warrants specified below be cancelled in compliance
with RCW 36.22.100; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor and Treasurer shall
cancel all record of such warrants so as to leave the funds as if such
warrants had never been drawn:
