RE~OLUTION NO.58-84
WEST VALLEY ROAD CLOSURE
WHEREAS. the replacement of a culvert at M.P. 4.90 is necessary,
and;
WHEREAS, the work will require the utilization of the full width
of the roadway, and;
WHEREAS, the safety of the motoring public is of the utmost im-
portance, and;
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 RCW authorizes the closure of roads;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESULVED that the WEST VALLEY ROAD, County
Road Number 514109, from M.P. 4.54 to M.P. 5.51. be closed to all
traffic except emergency vehicles and local traffic. and be
closed to all through traffic. from 7:30 A.M., Monday. September
24, 1984 to 4:00 P.M. Friday, September 28, 1984, or until such
earlier time and date that it is determined to be safe for traf-
fic. and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the maximum speed be lowered to 25
M.P.H. for the duration of time and location as above referenced.
