RESOLUTION NO. 66-84
REDUCTION OF THE SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT
REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, a revolving fund was established for the Solid
Waste Department per Resolution No. 38-84, in the amount of $1,700.00,
and
WHEREAS, due to new banking procedures, it is not now
necessary to have $1,700.00 in this fund in order to conduct the
affairs of the Solid Waste Department in a prompt and orderly manner,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be,
and she is hereby authorized to return the sum of $1,125.00 to the
Solid Waste Department Operating Cash Fund to reduce the Revolving
Fund to $575.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subject matter hereof is one
to meet needs, and this resolution shall be in force and take effect
without further notice or hearing.
