RESOLUTION NO. 68-84
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did on the 8th day of October, 1984, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $4,200.00 for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Depart-
ment, and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, October 22, 1984,
at the hour of 10:0Üa.m.¡ and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized and
empowered to transfer the amount of $4,200.00 from the unemcurnbered 308
Current Expense Fund balance into the Sheriff's Department Budget for
1984.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to include the sum of $4,200.00 in the Sheriff's Depart-
ment Budget under BARS Account No. 521.23.50.20, for payment of Dispatch
Service to the Town of Forks.
