Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. Members of the ICG: The https://www.jeffcotogether.net/ website is out of date and is clearly not being maintained. The county’s web pages at https://co.jefferson.wa.us/1491/Intergovernmental-Collaborative-Group-IC and https://co.jefferson.wa.us/1492/Intergovernmental-Coordinating-Committee are also out of date. The https://www.jeffcotogether.net/ site should either be archived and closed or updated so that all ICG materials are located in that one place and the site is kept up to date. The several other places where ICG material is located should be updated to point to a single, maintained location. Thank you, Tom Thiersch Jefferson County, WA 1 ICG From:Tom Thiersch <tprosys@gmail.com> Sent:Thursday, May 19, 2022 8:06 AM To:ICG Subject:Public Comment: No agenda materials ALERT: BE CAUTIOUS This email originated outside the organization. Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. Members of the ICG: This public comment is to note that none of the four agencies in your group has published any documents for public review prior to this May 19, 2022 meeting. Where are the lists from each agency re: “Infrastructure Project Discussion/Prioritization”? The fact that you don’t make any provision for oral public comments during your meetings is bad enough, but your individual and collective failure to publish any sort of documentation for review is shameful and unacceptable. Tom Thiersch Member, Washington Coalition for Open Government ==== \[RCW 42.30.010 Open Public Meetings Act\] ==== ==== \[RCW 42.56.030 Public Records Act\] ==== "The people of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies that serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know. The people insist on remaining informed so that they may maintain control over the instruments that they have created." ###  SAVE PAPER - Please do not print this e-mail unless absolutely necessary. 1
