RESOLUTION NO. 70-&
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 27-84
REVISED SOLID WASTE OPERATING SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, The efficient operation of the Solid Waste Divison
of the Jefferson County Department of Public Works requires
the revision of the operating schedule; AND
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has reviewed the
usage and activity at the disposal sites, AND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having reviewed
the schedule and finding that the revised schedule will
serve the public better and make a more efficient operation,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Board
of Commissioners adopts the Solid Waste Operating Schedule
as shown on the attached Exhibit "A".
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED
hereby authorized to

implement the new schedule effective

Miller Road Landfill - open 7 days a week:
Summer Hours - May thru September - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Winter Hours - October thru April - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hadlock Drop Box Site - open 7 days a week:
Monday thru Sunday
Summer Hours- May thru October - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter Hours- November thru April - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Quilcene Drop Box Site - open 7 days a week:
Monday through Friday
Summer Hours- May thru October - 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter Hours- November thru April - 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday
Summer Hours- May thru October - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter Hours- November thru April -9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Brinnon Drop Box Site - open 3 days a week:
Tuesday and Thursday
Summer Hours- May thru October - 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter Hours- November thru April- 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday
Summer Hours- May thru October - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter Hours- November thru April - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Coyle Drop Box Site is open 2 days a week:
Wednesday
Summer Hours- May thru October - 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter Hours- November thru April - 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday
Summer Hours- May thru October - 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.
Winter Hours- November thru April -11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Clearwater Drop Box Site - Same as Coyle site
All disposal sites will be çlosed on the following holidays:
