BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, the District Court has requested a budget
transfer in order to balance their 1984 Budget of Expenditures,
necessitated by expenses not anticipated at the time of pre-
paring the said budget_; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in another
category within their budget to allow the requested transfer; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be,and she is
hereby authorized to make the following transfer:
