RESOLUTION NO. 74-84
WHEREA$, after due consideration, it appears to the Board of
Co u n t y Com m i s s ion e r s t hat i tis i nth e pub 1 i c i n t ere s t to c lose
~he bridge described below to vehicular traffic:
The Leland Creek Bridge on Rices Lake Rd.,
County Road Number 344009, located in the
N.E. 1/4 of Section 11, TUP27 N, RGE 2 W,
W. M.
BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of County Commissioners does now de-
cldre said bridge is dangerous to traffic threreon and said
bridge shall be closed affective November 20, 1984 to all vehi-
cles, AND
BElT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be set for 2:15
p.m,~, November 19,1984, to solicit public opinion about said
