RESOLUTION NO. 76-84

ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR THE JEFFERSON COUNTY LAW LIBRARY
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that pursuant to R.C.W. 27.24.063, a Board of Trustees
for the Jefferson County Law Library be established as follows:
1. The Board of Law Library Trustees shall consist of the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners serving
as an ex-officio member, the Judge of the Superior Court,
and three members of the local bar association.

2. The term of office of a member of the board who is a
Judge shall be for as long as he continues to be a Judge,
and the term of a member who is from the bar shall be four
years. Vacancies shall be filled as they occur and in the
manner above directed.
3. The office of Trustee shall be without salary or other
compensation.
4. The Board shall elect one of their number president and
one as secretary, or if a librarian is appointed the li-
brarian shall act as secretary.
5. Meetings shall be held as least once a year and as much
oftener and at such times as may be prescribed by rule.
