RESOLUTION NO. 79-84
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION -JEFFERSON COUNTY LAW LIBRARY
v'lHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners did,
on the 5th day of November, 1984, declare that an emergency existed to pro-
vide the sum of $1,800.00 for the Jefferson County Law Library and set a
hearing on said emergency for the 19th day of November, 1984, at the hour
of 11:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing and
no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the
County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to transfer the amount
of $1,800.00 from the unemcumbered 308 Current Expense Fund balance into
the Law Library budget for 1984.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to include the sum of $1,800.00 in the County Law Library
budget under Department No. 12700, BARS Account No. 512.70.64.0010.
