RESOLUTION NO. 81-84
BUDGET TRANSFER - SUPERIOR COURT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Superior Court Judge has requested
a budget transfer in order to allow the purchase of a new Recording System
for the Superior Court, which was not anticipated at the time of preparing
the budget for 1984; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other categories
within said budget to allow the requested transfer; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to make the following transfer:

Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
