RESOLUTION NO. 82-84
REVISED SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
1985-1990
WHEREAS, the Board of County CommLssLoners adopted the SLX
Year TransportatLon Improvement Program for 1985~1990 on June 25,
1984 under ResolutLon No. 44-84, and
WHEREAS" the plan needs revLsLng to Lnclude Urban ~rterLal
Projects heretofor not thoughtto need LnclusLon, and
WHEREAS, a publLc hearLng havLng been held regardLng revLsLng
of the SLX Year TransportatLon Improvement Program,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that per R.C.W. 36.81.121, the
SLX Year TransportatLon Improvement Program for 1985-1990 LS revLsed.

FRANK W. GARRED, being sworn, says he is the publisher of the
Port Townsend leader, a weekly newspoper which has been
established, published in the English longuage and circuloted con-
tinuously as a weekly newspaper in the town of Port Townsend, in
said Coul1ty and State, and for general circulation in said county
for more than six (6) months prior to the date of the first publica-
tion of the Notice hereto attached, and that the said Port Town,
send leader was on the 27th day of June, 1941, approved as a
legal newspaper by the Superior Court of said Jefferson County,
and that annexed is 0 true copy of the

year county road program
os it appeared in the regular and entire issue of said paper itself
and not in a supplement thereof for a period of
