Scope Sheet
Thank you for contacting us to bring the Strong Towns message to a live webinar event for
leaders in Port Townsend, WA/Washington County. Below is a scope of the specific services
that we discussed over the telephone and through email. Please use this scope sheet to
determine if we have covered all of your needs.
The overall goals include:
●Providing a speaker from Strong Towns to share our message with the community.
●Introducing a message that supports a model of development that allows America’s
cities, towns and neighborhoods to be financially strong and resilient.
Services/Quote:
●Virtual Webinar Presentation: Charles Marohn from Strong Towns will give a live
webinar presentation. This virtual presentation may include Q&A. We find that our event
hosts have discovered a length of time that works for their audience. This presentation
and Q&A can be completed in 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Fee: $1,000.00 USD per hour
Date of event: Chuck has a lot of availability.
Terms: An invoice will be prepared for the agreed upon terms within 10 days after receiving this
agreement with appropriate signatures and sent through email. Payment shall be paid within 30
days of the invoicing. Payment should be made to Strong Towns and can be paid online through
ACH transfer or by check sent to the address below. We do not accept credit cards.
