Date:Thursday, July 23, 2020 11:31:02 AM CAUTION: This email originated from outside your organization. Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders. ICC members: I see that nothing other than the meeting agenda is posted online for your Special Meeting of July 23, 2020; this was also the case for your prior meeting on June 25. AVCaptureAll is perfectly capable of having links to any/all documents, presentation materials, etc. that you will be discussing. Your failure to take advantage of the technology that we already have is more than disappointing – it's an insult to the communities you are purportedly representing. Why the secrecy? If you want to force people to acquire the documents (et al) via the cumbersome and more costly Public Records process, so be it. Tom Thiersch Member, Washington Coalition for Open Government ==== [RCW 42.30.010 Open Public Meetings Act] ==== ==== [RCW 42.56.030 Public Records Act] ==== "The people of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies that serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know. The people insist on remaining informed so that they may maintain control over the instruments that they have created." ### P SAVE PAPER - Please do not print this e-mail unless absolutely necessary.
