Dear Committee Members,
I appreciate the opportunity to submit public comment on the topic of the homeless encampment at
the Jefferson County Fairground. The attached letter was written, reviewed, and revised to reflect
the community surrounding the Fairground, and the signatories agreed to its content.
We appreciate you reading our letter into the record. We also appreciate your efforts to mitigate the
negative impacts of the homeless encampment at the Fairground for all the residents, including the
campers.
