AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1-85 AND ORDINANCE 1-88
JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE
FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION SERVICES:
SEWAGE DISPOSAL, FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS, WATER SYSTEMS AND SOLID WASTE
DISPOSAL
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING AND SETTING FEES CHARGED BY THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION SERVICES AS
FOLLOWS:
The Jefferson County Health Department costs for the provision
of some of the Environmental Health Services have risen and in order to meet
those higher costs the following changes and additions are proposed to the
fee schedule for Environmental Health Services:

V. MEDICAL SERVICES
(A) The Health Department Community Health Nursing Fee Schedule be set
at the same amount, to the nearest higher dollar, as the fee
schedule currently reimburseable by the Washington State Department
of Social and Health Services for medicaid clients.
The Health Department will continue to offer reduced fee or free
service to clients with incomes below 200% of the federal poverty
guidelines, who are not on medicaid or medicare.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1-85 and ORDINANCE 1-88
JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on
Monday, November 27, 1989, in the Commissioners' Chambers, Jefferson County
Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of obtaining comments
from all interested persons on the proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 1-85
and Ordinance 1-88, Jefferson County Health Department Fee Schedule. The
proposed amendment is as follows:
