MEDICAL SERVICES (A) The Health Department Community Health Nursing Fee Schedule be set at the same amount, to the nearest higher dollar, as the fee schedule currently reimburseable by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services for medicaid clients. The Health Department will continue to offer reduced fee or free service to clients with incomes below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, who are not on medicaid or medicare. (B) Typhoid Immunization 10.00 (C) Immune Serum Globulin Immunization 10.00 (This immunization is free to Hepatitis contacts) (D) Class Time per hour 25.00 A specific list of the sliding scale, is available from the Health Department.
