I'm not sure if it was an auto-correct issue, but I see the Chief from Clallam Fire is included in
this request.
My vote would be for Heritage Lane or Ironman Way. The names with Flats in them do not
designate a road type.

their review. If they do not complete their review by June 30th, the case will proceed without their
comments. All other departments have completed their reviews.
The temporary address we issued on April 14th, 335 G& L Shake Road, can be used to apply for power.

The road isn’t quite correct. Attached is the same map you sent and you will see in dark blue (rather
than the yellow) where the road is in real life. We verified this with an overlay of our OnX GPS Hunting

Hello Helena. I left a voice mail for you. For some reason the invoice cannot be viewed. I did make a
payment on Monday for what I thought the difference was. Please let me know if there is still an

In review of the standard definitions utilizing the road type “Road (Rd)” could be applied. Please
ensure proper road standards are applied with proper pullouts and turn around.
Per the definitions:
Road (Rd) – A generic road type typically uses for rural roads.
Lane (Ln) A short road ending in a cul –de-sac with no intersecting roads.

The Jefferson County Department of Community Development received a road naming application
for an unnamed road off G & L Shake Road. Per the E911 Ordinance, we are sending the proposed
names to you for review. The attached vicinity map shows the road’s location.
Please complete the attached form and return it to me by Wednesday, March 30th.

Good afternoon all,
A road naming case is ready for measuring and addressing.
I’m not sure if it makes sense for you to go out and measure this in person or if we should use the GIS measurements. The road is in the West End.
If you think it makes sense to go measure it, here’s the info. Below is a map of the turnoff from G&L Shake Rd, with pins showing about where I think the properties have their driveways. We
