Meeting was called to order at 8:33 by Chair Judy Shepherd
Motion to approve the June 29, 2022 Minutes by Heidi Eisenhour, 2nd by Stacie Prada, motion
passes unanimously.
Expenditure Report was presented by Brenda Huntingford. Please see June 2022 financial
documents in Laserfiche.
Revenue Reports were presented by Treasurer Stacie Prada. Please see June 2022 financial
documents in Laserfiche.
Cash Balance Summary Reports were presented by Judy Shepherd. They are changing format due
to Munis implementation.
Upcoming Budget Call & Guidance will be sent out to all departments on August 1st with 2023
budget assumptions and mid-biennium review and modifications.
Motion to Adjourn by Ruth Gordon, 2nd by Heidi Eisenhour , meeting was adjourned at 9:29am.
