(f o<lÄ.olð~ _ ORDINANCE NO. 4 -5S JEFFERSON COUNTY PLANNING ANrn BUILDING DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE SECTION 1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The purpose of this ordinance is to establ ish a unified fee schedule for the Jefferson County Plannin9 and Bui Idin9 Department. This schedule shal I apply to al I fees required by the plannin9 and bui Idin9 department, except publ ication fees and bui Idin9 permit fees. Check list B. Impact Statement 504 1006 405 40 40 1. Material violations are those that result from the fai lure to apply for a shorel ine substantial development permit, when required. These include those that may be exempt from shore I ine substantial development permit requirements, but found to be inconsistent with the pol icies and standards of the Jefferson-Port Townsend Shore I ine Management Master Pro9ram. 2. Administrative violations are those that result from the fai lure to apply for an exemption from shorel ine substantial development permit requirements. 3. This charge is for the publ ic hearin9 publ ication cost if a variance is requested. 4. This fee is for non-exempt projects or actions that are not bein9 charged for review by another permit or approval identified in this ordinance. 5. This fee is not charged if notice is not required or can be combined with another permit or approval notice. 6. The minimal fee charged; an additional fee may be charged based on staff time and other direct costs. , VOL 11 ¡~G~ IiO' 4Cl ~ SECTION 3 AMENDMENTS: The establ ishment of a fee schedule amends the fo I low i n9: 1. Jefferson County Subdivision Ordinance 1-75, Sections 5.103 and 6.103. 2. Jefferson County Camper Club Ordinance 3-80, Section 5.103. 3. Resolution 46-70 re9ardin9 current use tax assessment appl ications. SECTION 4 REPEALER: Ordinance No. 3-82 is hereby repealed. SECTION 5 SEVERABILITY: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or fi9ure of this ordinance or its appl ication to any person or circumstances is held inval id, the remainder of the ordinance or the appl ication to other persons Or circum- stances shal I not be affected. SECTION 6 EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shal I become effective the 28st day of January 1985. SECTION 7 ADOPTION: This ordinance is hereby adopted this 28~ day of January 1985.
