SECTION I. PLRPOSE A/'Ð SCOPE: The purpose of this ordinance is to
establ ish 0 fee schedule for the Solid Waste Division of the Jefferson
County Department of Public Works. This schedule shall apply to all fees
required by the Solid Waste Division.

**as per mtion of the Board of County Cœrnissioners on August 5, 1985, the fee for
septic waste per gallon shall be $0.02 until October 1, 1985, at which tirœ it shall
be increased to $0.04 per gallon, or, this ordinance shall be amended to such charge
as directed by the Board of County CarrnÜ¡¡sioners.

Dear Sirs;
Our beer garden during Hadlock Days has precipitated frequent
requests by our patrons to have the beer garden open more often,
especial1y during the hot weather months. After checking with our 1tquor
inspector, Roy Barton, about a simpler method of acquiring permission to
have a beer garden (without the written requests to you and approvals of
the county commissioners on each occasion), we were t01d one request for
specific days during the year should be submitted.
Therefore, we are seeking permission to have a standing approvaJ
for our beer garden during the summer ho1tdays. This would incJude
Memorial Day thru Labor Day. We wou1d notify our I1quor inspector each
time.
The dimensions and specifications of the beer garden win remain
the same. We are a1so aware of the reguJations regarding beer gardens.
We wou1d appreciate your speedy attention to our request.
