CAMPING AND PARK LANDS ORDINANCE
Section 4 Camping
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners will conduct' a public hearing at, the hour of 10:30a.m., on
Monday, Maroh 26,. 1984, in the Commissioners' Chambers, Jefferson County
Courthouse, ~ort Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of obtaining testi-
mony from all interested persons on the proposed amendments to Ordinance
No. 3-83, Jefferson County Camping and Park Lands Ordinance..

AN ORDINANCE rev~s~ng temporary occupancy of campsites and
extending the length of time for the collection of fees by an additional
month. .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:
SectiOn 4
Ordinance No. 3-83, Section 4 (3) and (5) are amended as
follows:
3. Temporary occupancy of the same campsite by the same
person or persons, shall be limited to seven (7) days. If at the end of
seven days, with campground'less than full, campers may' extend their
occupancy to a maximum of ten (10) days with permission of campground
attendant. Any exception must be authorized by the Park Director.
'5. Fees for overnight camping will be collected beginning
tl1e first day' of April, and ending the last. day" of September.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:
Section 4
Ordinance No. 3-83, Section 4 (3) and (5) are amended as
follows:
