AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 2-82
FEE SCHEDULE - BUILDING DEPARTMENT
AN ORDINANCE establishing a new fee schedule for the
Jefferson County Building Department.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners,
that the fee schedule shall be amended as follows:
Main Living Area $30.00 per square foot
Second Living Area $14.00 per square foot
Basement, Attached Garage $ 6.00 per square foot
Modular Home $18.00 per square foot
Mobile Home $30.00 permit fee
Woodstove $10.00 permit fee
Address Assignation $10.00 per address

HEARING NOTICE
AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2-82
FEE SCHEDULE - BUILDING DEPARTMENT
The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will conduct a
public hearing on June 28, 1983, at 11:30 a.m., in the Commissioners I
Chambers, Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington for the purpose of taking
testimony regarding the addition of a $10.00 fee per address assigned to
the Jefferson County Building Department fee schedule.
