Id-~/-33 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 7-82 JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 10:45 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 1983, in the Commissioners I Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of ob- taining comments of all interested persons on the proposed amendments to Ordinance No. 7-82, Jefferson County Health Department Fee Schedule. The proposed amendments are as follows: ORDINANCE NO. 6-83 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7-82 FEE SCHEDULE AN ORDINANCE establishing a new fee schedule for sewage disposal, food service operations, water systems, solid waste disposal, and medical services. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS: I. On-site Sewage Disposal A) Sewage Disposal Permits 1. New installation -- non commercial 2. New installation -- commercial 3. Repair -- non commercial 4. Repair -- commercial 5.
