STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
ADVISORY BOARD APPOINTMENTS (2) re: Jefferson County Board of Health (BoH); 1) Three Year
Term to Expire May 31, 2025; Consumer of Public Health Representative, Alexis "AJ"Hawkins; and 2)
Three Year Term to Expire May 31, 2025; Other Community Stakeholder Representative, Amanda Funaro
ANALYSIS:
Ms. Martine, Public Health Director sent notice stating after advertising and restructure of board positions,
the following Applicants are recommended for Appointment by the Board of Health - 1) Three Year Term to
Expire May 31, 2025; Consumer of Public Health Representative, Alexis "AJ" Hawkins; and 2) Three Year
Term to Expire May 31, 2025; Other Community Stakeholder Representative, Amanda Funaro.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept ADVISORY BOARD APPOINTMENTS (2) re: Jefferson County Board of Health (BoH);
1) Three Year Term to Expire May 31, 2025; Consumer of Public Health Representative, Alexis "AJ"
Hawkins; and 2) Three Year Term to Expire May 31, 2025; Other Community Stakeholder Representative,
