Jefferson County has requested that we verify that the ADU construction on the site met the
following: 1) 10 foot setback of the building foundation from the face of the fill slope, 2)
Stormwater management methods installed per the approved stormwater plan and 2019 SMM
Standards. 3) No concentrated stormwater discharge within 10 feet from the top edge of fill
slopes on the construction site, and 4) No yard waste and/or cut vegetation piled on or near
slopes.
We had previously completes a geology hazard assessment on the property dated April 2, 2021.
Since the completion of the report, an ADU has been constructed on the building pad on the
property. The ADU construction was completed in accordance to our recommendations and we
have verified that four items that Jefferson County requested that we verify.
