To ~~ it' 2.0 (Ilf " .PUBLISH one time: 11/28/84 HEARING NOTICE FOR RESOLUTION NO. _84-84 INTENT TO CREATE THE QUILCENE FLOOD CONTROL SUB-ZONE DISTRICT WHEREAS, there is a need to protect public and private property from damage of flood and storm waters of the Big Quilcene River watershed; and WHEREAS, there is a need for Jefferson County to sponsor United States and State of Washington Flood Control Projects as author- ized through any agency with powers to handle the same; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners intends to create the Quilcene Flood Control Sub- Zone District for the purpose of constructing and maintaining flood and stormwater control facilities. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with the provisions of RCW 86.15. et seq., the Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at the Qui1cene Community Center on Tuesday, December II, 1984, at the hour of 7:00p.m. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the boundaries of said proposed Qui1cene District be described as THE BIG QUILCENE RIVER WATERSHED. .",.",.; ~ f!
