THIS MATTER coming to be heard on the 23rd day of July, 1984,
upon the reports submitted by the Jefferson County Public Works Depa.rt-
ment and the Jefferson County Planning/Building Department with respect
to the vacation set forth in "Intent to Vacate", Jefferson County Res-
olution No. 46-84, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time and in
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being
now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced
and being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine that
the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof; now, therefor ~,
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All that portion of County Road No. 527109,
Old Hadlock Road, laying in the SE~ of Sec-
tion 2, Township 29N, Range 1 W.W.M. des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning 30 feet right of station 57+87.89,
said point being on the southerly right-of-
way of County Road No. 633009, Ness's Corner
. Road, as shown on the plans for County Road
Project 503, Intersection Improvement, on
file in the office of the Jefferson County
Engineer; thence southeasterly along the
arc of a curve concave to the wouthwest,
being tangent with said right-of-way line
and having a radius of 45 feet, a distance
of 56.05 feet to the northwesterly right-of-
way of County Road No. 527109, the Old Hadlock
Road, and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence
continuing along the arc of said curve, 36.51
feet to a line parallel and 30 feet north-
westerly of the centerline of County Road No.
932507, Chimacum Road; thence along said
line S 39 42' 28" W., a distance of 46.32 feet
to the easterly projection of the southerly
line of Tax No. 86, as recorded in Volume 120,
Page 513, records of Jefferson County; thence
N 78 02' 20" W., a distance of 31.98 feet
along the easterly projection of the southerly
line of said Tax No. 86 to the northwesterly
right-of-way line of County Road No. 527109,
Old Chimacum Road; thence N 48 21' 43" E., a
distance of 94.92 feet along the northwesterly
right-of-way line of said county road to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said portion of County Road No. 527109 containing
0.038 acres, more or less,
be, and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140_
with the stipulation that the adjoining property owner dedicates the right-

of-way locgted in the most northeasterly corner of the property, consisting
of 0.016 acres, to the County as compensation for the vacation.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the easterly 10 feet of right-of-way
being vacated be re~ained by the County a~ ~qsernen~ for µtilities.
