RESOLUTION NO.~-84
ORDER OF VACATION
BLOCK 19 OF THE PLAT OF
CAPTAIN TIBBAL'S LAKE PARK
This matter coming to be heard on the 10th day of December 1984 upon the
report of the Jefferson County Public Works Department and Jefferson County Plan-
ning and Building Department with respect to the vacation set forth in petitions
to vacate lots and a county road submitted by John Schneider, and it appeared to
the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners that a notice of the hearing had been
posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of
such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said board having the
other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises, does now find
and determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following be vacated and
abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140: All that portion of the 16 feet in width by
275 feet in length alley, laying between Lots 1 through 5 and 6 through 10 of
Block 19 in the plat of Captain Tibbal's Lake Park, as recorded in Volume 1, Page
59 of Plats, records of Jefferson County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following be vacated and abandoned
pursuant to RCW 58.11: All lots 1 through 10 of Block 19 of the plat of Captain
Tibbal's Lake Park as recorded in Volume 1, Page 59, records of Jefferson County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said petitioner is exempt from compensation
requirements specified under Jefferson County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 4-80,
except for expenses incurred by Jefferson County for investigation, examination,
publication, and recording.
