RESOLUTION NO. 14-83
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERING THE DUTIES,
RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ADMINISTRATION
OF THE ADVANCE TRAVEL FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners signed
Resolution No. 22-73, on the 21st day of May, 1973, authorizing and pre-
scribing the policy revelant to reimbursement of county officials and
employees travel and related expenses pursuant to RCW 42.24.090; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor has administered the county officials
and employees Advance Travel Fund, as contemplated by the provisions of
RCW 42.24; and
WHEREAS, due to the work load of the Auditor's office, the County
Treasurer has agreed to accept the responsibilities of administering said
fund; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the duties, responsibilities, and adminis-
tration of the county officials and employees Advance Travel Fund, pursuant
to Resolution No. 22-73, and RCW 42.24, is hereby transfered from the County
Auditor to the County Treasurer effective immediately.
