RESOLUTION NO. 35-83
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners did,
on the 18th day of April, 1983, declare that an emergency existed to provide
the sum of $1,345.00 for the Civil Service Commission and set a hearing on
said emergency for the 2nd day of May, 1983, at the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing and
no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that
the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to transfer the amount
of $1,345 from the unemcumbered 308 Current Expense Fund balance into the
Civil Service Commission Budget for 1983.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to include the sum of $1,345.00 in the Civil Service Com-
mission Budget under BARS Account No. 516.20.41, Professional Services, which
constitutes a new line item within their budget.
