RESOLUTION NO. 36-83
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County did,
on the 11th day of April, 1983, declare that an emergency existed to provide
the sum of $65,000.00 for the Jefferson County Equipment Rental & Revolving
Fund, and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, May 2, 1983, at the
hour of 10:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing and
no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized and empowered to
transfer the amount of $65,000.00 from Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund No.
308, unencumbered balance, into the Jefferson County Equipment Rental &
Revolving Fund Budget for 1983.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby authorized
to include the said amount of $65,000.00 in the County Equipment Rental &
Revolving Fund Budget for 19!3.
ORDERED this 2~day of May, 1983.
