RESOLUTION NO. 40-83
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - HISTORICAL SOCIETY
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners did,
on the 25th day of April, 1983, declare that an emergency existed to provide
the sum of $1,381.22 for the Historical Society and set a hearing on said
emergency for the 9th day òf May, 1983, at the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that
the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to transfer the amount
of $1,381.22 from the unemcumbered 308 Current Expense Fund balance into the
Historical Society Budget for 1983, to be used for salaries and benefits.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that thè County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to include the sum of $1,381.22 in the Historical Society
Budget for 1983 as follows:
573.20.10 Salaries & Wages
.20 Personnel Benefits
