RESOLUTION NO. 42-83
BUDGET TRANSFER
REGIONAL COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Regional Council has submitted a
request for budget transfer to adjust its 1983 Budget of Expenditures due
to additional expenses not anticipated at the time of preparing the budget;
and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in another category
within the said budget to allow the requested transfer; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to make the following transfer:

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there
being sufficient funds in other accounts within the budget of the
department to permit the necessary adjustment(s), I hereby request
