WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners signed
Resolution No. 161-82, on the 27th day of December, 1982, extending the
contract with Gerald H. Barschdorf of Omega Systems to allow for additional
time (6 months) to complete thé IFMS Data Procéssing System for Jefferson
County; and
WHEREAS, Barschdorf has submittéd a proposal for an énhancement
to the IFMS System to provide for the display and/or reporting of all
activity for each budgetary account from thé beginning of the budget year,
as outlined on the attached "Work Authorization" form; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that Contract Extension No. 3 be amended to include the attached enhancement
to the IFMS Data Processing System, to be performed by Gerald H. Barschdorf
of Omega Systems at the rate of $38.00 per hour, not to exceed the sum of
$1,140.00. The maxium allowed for travel expenses and mileage will be 20
cents per mile.

Description of Work:
Enhance the IFMS system to retain online all detail
budget transactions that occur during the year. This
will provide for the display and/or reporting of all
