RESOLUTION NO. 54-83
DUNKLE SHORT PLAT AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the Dunkl e Short PI at was approved and recorded the 8th day of
January 1979; and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to Jefferson County's attention that said plat
contained errors pertaining to uti I ity easements; and
WHEREAS, the plattor has corrected those errors by providing new al ignments
for said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dunkle Short Plat be amended to
include the proper easements for egress, ingress, uti lities, and sewage disposal
drainfields, as per Declaration of Easement and Restrictive Covenants fi led under
Auditor's File Number 282341, Volume 172.
BE IT FURTHE8,.RESOLVED that sa i d easements be graph i ca II y portrayed and
represented on a duplicate short plat mylar and said mylar be fi led with the
Jefferson County Auditor.
