RESOLUTION NO. 56-83
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE FROM CENTRAL SERVICES
COURTHOUSE EQUIPMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Planning Department is in need of
a computer and has insufficient funds in the capital outlay category within
their budget for payment thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners established a Cumu-
u1ative Revolving Equipment Fund (Resolution No. 30-73), now within the
Central Services budget, to be used for the purchase of replacement equip-
ment and machines used in Current Expense Fund Office operations; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Director has submitted a contract to repay
the said Fund for the purchase of the computer, described as exhibit "A";
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that the Planning Department is hereby authorized to purchase a computer
for office operations, to be paid from 502 Central Services Courthouse
Equipment Fund No. 508.00 Unencumbered Fund balance.
