Our counsel, Kargianis & i, ~' Austin, is noy! moving with negotiations with the Federal Highwa;y; Administration to make this adjustment to our Complaint and to gain an assurance that the Federal Highway Administration will be bound by the rulìng of the Thurston County Superior Court as it pertains to the determination of an equitable ceiling on the net revenues be collected from tolls on the bridge.
