RESOLUTION NO. 67-83
ESTABLISHMENT OF COUNTY PARK FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 3-83, on the 13th day of June, 1983, which authorized the
collection of fees for overnight camping in certain specified County Parks,
effective July 1, 1983; and
WHEREAS, all fees collected under said Ordinance shall be credited
to a special fund in the County Treasurer's Office under Revenue Account No.
l270, to be used for the purpose of paying all Park expenses; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized and empowered to éstab1ish a special fund under Revenue Account
No. 1270, to be known as the County Park Fund from fees collected from over-
night campers as imposed under Ordinance No. 3-83; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is hereby authori-
zed to establish a budget expenditure category within the County Park Fund
No. 1270, under BARS Account No. 519.90.42, for the purpose of paying all
